🚚 Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Shopcaveller™ cannot guarantee successful delivery when information is missing, incorrect or no longer current.
Once a parcel enters the carrier network, delivery movement may be influenced by local routes, customs procedures, service interruptions or destination access.
🔎 Tracking
When tracking is supported, the relevant details are provided through the store’s normal order communication process. Tracking activity may not appear immediately after a label or parcel record is created.
📬 Delivery Concerns
When tracking shows delivery but the parcel cannot be located, customers should first inspect safe locations, shared entrances, reception areas and household collection points.
Delivery concerns should be reported with the order reference and relevant tracking information. We may ask the carrier to review available delivery records.
🌍 Cross-Border Delivery
International parcels may be reviewed by local authorities and may be subject to destination-specific rules. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products are permitted at the delivery destination.
